Begin by using Blooz Eye Kohl to line above the upper lashline, and the inner rim of lower lashes. Follow by smudging the line with a soft brush, such as 239 Shading Brush. Use Brush 239 Shading Brush to blend Fluidline in Waveline over the eyelid, diffusing the colour through the contour of the crease. Use a tapered blending brush, such as 222 Blending Brush to apply Naval Blue Pigment over the Waveline, and blend softly through the crease. Switch back to 239 Shading Brush to blend Naval Blue Pigment through the lower lashes for an indigo smoky effect.
